# Start from yourself

I read one of my new friend`s write ( Water learner ) and i learned another great things about gratitude . It is really embarrassed to know that we could say thank you to another people easily if we feel they have did something for us and another case is, we could forgive someone else easily if they made mistakes. We could do that easily to other stranger that we even don`t know them. The question is "How 'bout some one closer one like our family or best friend?"

Let say if a lift boy in a department store help you to push the button and pick you up to any floor you want, you could smile at him and say 'thank you' easily, am I right? When a waiter serve you drink and meal at the restaurant, you could say that easily too. But how if your wife or your mother cooked and served you food? How if your brother drive you to or pick you up from any place?? Did you say 'thank you' as easy as that condition above?

Now we talk about forgiveness, How if someone step on your toe at the bus station. He felt so sorry and asking apologize. I believe all of us could forgive and forget it easily. When a waiter dropped a cup of tea or coffee on your jeans, and he feel really sorry and asking apologize. You could forgive and forget that easily too. How if your child make a spilt milk on your carpet? How if your wife or your mother cooked and served you salty or spicy meal? or how if your brother late for 15 minutes to pick you up so you have to wait. Did you could give apologize as easy as that condition above too?

This write is a mirror for me as the writer. With this post im wholed hearted want to said thank you to who ever know even close to me for all your kindness and I want to said my apologize deeply from my heart if i ve ever hurt you all, meant it or not.



# Vision


It is 4 am in the morning and i couldn't fall asleep. There is a lot of thing running in my head. But I`m really grateful for this condition. In this kind of situation I found another great thing. It started few days ago, I almost stuck to write and to publish any post here. I feel confuse and upset. My reality is fighting my own mind. The reality said that, "It was wasting time to write and share something with your blog. Better using the time to doing another thing."

The way was seems to dark. And then I almost agreed with it. I'm starting lost my "why" I wanted to write a blog. But another part of my mind keep asking me to keep walking this way. This part is my vision and its keep asking me. After a few moment it made a clear big view for me. "Why I must keep walking this way."

Let me share what I've seen. I've seen a real big vision, I see a child have a conversation with his friends and he is talking about his father's blogs. He proudly tell his friend that http://pyo2.blogspot.com is his father's blog which is written when his father was young. His father write what he learned in his life, so that blog full of big values. He proudly said that the blog is dedicated from his father to him and he promise himself to continued his father steps to write on that blog and then heir it to his child.

Thats my vision. Can you feel what i feel after had that view and do you think i will quit blogging after that??


# Spilt Milk

Have you heard of the story - split milk? Well, we all know there is no use crying over spilt milk. But this story is different. I believed, He or She who read this post will got something valuable.


There is a story about a famous research scientist who had made several very important medical breakthroughs. He was being interviewed by a newspaper reporter who asked him why he thought he was able to be so much more creative than the average person. What set him so far apart from others?

He responded that, in his opinion, it all came from an experience with his mother that occurred when he was about two years old. He had been trying to remove a bottle of milk from the refrigerator when he lost his grip on the slippery bottle and it fell, spilling its contents all over the kitchen floor—a veritable sea of milk!

When his mother came into the kitchen, instead of yelling at him, giving him a lecture, or punishing him, she said, “Robert, what a great and wonderful mess you have made! I have rarely seen such a huge puddle of milk. Well, the damage has already been done. Would you like to get down and play in the milk for a few minutes before we clean it up?”

Indeed, he did. After a few minutes, his mother said, “You know, Robert, whenever you make a mess like this, eventually you have to clean it up and restore everything to its proper order. So, how would you like to do that? We could use a sponge, a towel, or a mop. Which do you prefer?” He chose the sponge and together they cleaned up the spilled milk.

His mother then said, “You know, what we have here is a failed experiment in how to effectively carry a big milk bottle with two tiny hands. Let’s go out in the back yard and fill the bottle with water and see if you can discover a way to carry it without dropping it.” The little boy learned that if he grasped the bottle at the top near the lip with both hands, he could carry it without dropping it. What a wonderful lesson!

This renowned scientist then remarked that it was at that moment that he knew he didn’t need to be afraid to make mistakes.
Instead, he learned that mistakes were just opportunities for learning something new, which is, after all, what scientific experiments are all about. Even if the experiment “doesn’t work,” we usually learn something valuable from it.

Robert`s mother successfully planted the CHAMPION seed to him. Wouldn’t it be great if all parents would respond the way Robert’s mother responded to him? No matter are you already or will become a parent. Hope this write could be a thing to remember.

# Hot or Cold



Wanna know an exciting game? Now let me share about it. I played this game often when I was a child. I didn't know what other people called it, but we named it Hot or Cold. For who never play this game, lets me explain the rule first. No need to confuse it is so simple. Here we start...

You would close your eyes and count to ten. A friend would hide something, say a toy, under a mattress or behind the cabinet. When you're done counting just open your eyes and now you have to attempt to find the hidden toy.

Every time you move towards the location of the toy your friend would shout "WARM". If you moved away from the toy your friend would shout "COOLER". As you start to move towards the toy your friend would say "You're getting WARMER, WARMER..." And as you pinpoint the mattress and discover the toy, they sure will shout "HOT - You found it!"

So simple isn't it?? but what lesson we got from this game? Let say that now you want something, say it a cool house (Sure you didn't need any toy anymore, did you?) It was hidden and you don't know how to find it. If someone have had it, knew where or how you could got it, would you listen and do what they said? Just keep the answer for yourself.

# Self Motivation




Motivation is, as the word itself suggests, a motive for action. Motivation is, basically, the reasons for what you do. Knowing what to do and how to do it is an important part of leadership, but only two thirds of what makes any leader effective.

You can do the wrong things for the right reasons and the right things for the wrong reasons, but leaders do the right things for the right reasons.

As I’ve spoken with leaders over the years, I’ve often heard them talk about how important it is to motivate others; to keep the fires of passion and commitment burning in their teammates and colleagues.
Leaders help uncover those reasons and provide that motivation for those they influence.

Yet one of the most unaddressed questions of leadership is:

Who motivates the motivator? If the leader motivates others, who motivates the leader?
The answer is that the leader motivates himself or herself.
Do you know how to stay motivated? To get a great answer, begin by asking the ultimate question.

The Ultimate Question

What is the meaning of life?

Philosophers and theologians have devoted their lives to attempting to answer that question. Arguments have ensued and wars have been fought over this question.
It is, indeed, a difficult question to answer.
It is, however, an essential question to wrestle with. Leaders, titled and non-titled alike, need to understand not just what they do, but why they do it.
The objective of You Don't Need a Title... isn’t to answer that question head-on. What I hope to do is provide a question to start with. The key to staying motivated is this:

What gives your life meaning?

I have observed that two of the quickest ways for leaders to burn out is to stop doing what they enjoy and to move away from the people who matter to them.
The more successful you become, the greater the risk that you’ll move into a position that will take you away from doing those things you’re really good at doing, and really like to do. You’ll also assume a greater workload, and there is a possibility you’ll get less time to spend with those you enjoy and care for.
Whenever you start to feel listless and lacking passion, ask yourself, what gives my life meaning? The answer, more often than not, will tell you what you need to do to recapture enthusiasm.

# Pure gold endure of fire burn



I got this wise words from one of my best friend "Pure gold endure of fire burn." This is an old Chinese proverb and its meant lots to me. If I'm down or upset when something out of my control. This proverb is the effective motivation to push me up.

All of us know that gold is valuable metal and the lesson is : Pure gold is still a value even its burned by the fire. The shape maybe changed but the value will never ever dropped instead increase its value. That's the fact.

There are so many kind of fire waiting outside there to test yourself. Are yourself made by a piece paper or a really pure gold? I choose to be a pure gold. When the fire of problem, judgment even cruel humiliation try to burn my spirit, I always said to my self this proverb "Pure gold endure of fire burn". And then I warn my self. “Hey… ! Wake Up..! You are pure gold, all of that fire will never decrease your value !!”

After that I feel much better even great to face the world, to continue my life and to achieve my dream.

# Money

I`ve writed about motivation, Inspiration and how to attitude frequently, but please be realistic. We never talk about money didnt we? Theres no place in this world need no money nowday.. am I right? Even if I died, i need money to buy a coffin.

Money is a sensitive case if we talk about it and I agreed with my rich dad Robert T Kyosaki when he said that money is power. Many course, seminar and coaching incantation How to make more money, How to be rich and all kind like that, is it true? Im not contra with all of that, all of that proved by the succeed one. But the point isnt what or who is the coach. Even Tony Robbins , Kyosaki, Bill Gates or other succeed man can`t and don`t dare to guarantee you could be rich and success. So who could guarantee you?? Want to know the answer??

All of us know the answer already, but sometimes we dont realized it. Now let me make it clear. Ok... When you wake up in the quiet morning and start to prepare to face the day, then you walk to the bathroom and when you found a miror please STOP !!! for a moment. I really meant it so i typed it with capslock. Now take a look at the miror, focus to the man inside it. Look at the face, the eyes and all the details deeply.

Yes....!!! The man inside the miror is the answer of the question above. The only one could made you rich or success is the man inside that mirror. All you have to do is touch your heart deeply and just ask him or her " WHY" you need more wealth and success??? and trust me the "How" will come to you... What you attracted will come to you. Law of attraction worked at it.

# Lose Yourself

Lets talk about this guy. This guy made a lot of controversy with his songs and his real life. He was born in October 17, 1972 in a broken family with a full name Marshall Bruce Mathers III. Now he proved his self to be the most famous white rapper in America. He is well known as Eminem .

One of his song inspiring me to make and share this post. The song with a nice beat called Lose Yourself and lets take attend with the lyric. I learn so much from this song even there are any bad words in the lyric but I don’t want to get that point. Let see how he make the humiliation and his anger become a motivation and proved it become a shoot..

# Like Eagle Facing Storm



Did you know that an eagle knows when a storm is approaching long before it breaks?

The eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come. When the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it above the storm. While the storm rages below, the eagle is soaring above it.

The eagle does not escape the storm. It simply uses the storm to lift it higher. It rises on the winds that bring the storm.

When the storms of life come upon us - and all of us will experience them - we can rise above them by setting our minds and our belief toward God. The storms do not have to overcome us.

God enables us to ride the winds of the storm that bring sickness, tragedy, failure and disappointment in our lives. We can soar above the storm. Yes we were born to be a champion and the champion is the one who could stand after facing any storms.

Remember, everyone of us have the spirit of eagle to face the storm. It is not the burdens of life that weigh us down, it is how we handle them.

I got this picture from someone special, but on the 1st time I think this is just a creative and fun picture. After all I've been passed, I'm really thankful that I got another great lesson when I saw it again.

Life is so complicated. So many perspectives in this life. No need to argue when you see and think if something didn't right on your way. Maybe someone like it with that way. When you arguing, believe it or not you try to show that you are the right one and try to find something or someone weakness. I believe in the "Law of Attraction", what you search is what you got. The more weakness you search, thats what you got. So why don't we change the focus? We can search from the bright side.

When someone see thing differently even judge it, just ask yourself... No, not yourself.. But ask your heart actually. It is not about right or wrong. The truth is the truth and you'll find the really truth answer in the deepest of your heart and then you know how to react. When you found it no matter what people said or think about it. You'll understand and keep respect it even it contradictory with your own and you don't care to argue about it anymore.

# How Much Will You Pay for a Value of Freedom

In my other post about value (read here) , it is related with this post. Lets start with a story about a wild duck. And it is a motivation story for a true freedom warriors to preserve their spirit keep burning. Though life was difficult at times, the beautiful creature loved the boundless heavens and the endless stretches of wilderness. Soaring about treetops and towns, the duck symbolized to its tame counterparts, who could not fly, the epitome of freedom.

One evening during fall migration, he chanced to light in a barnyard where a farmer was feeding his ducks. The beautiful creature ate the corn the farmer sprinkled about and liked it so much that he stayed the night in a bed of warm straw. He ate the duck's corn again the next day. And the next. And the next....

When spring came, he heard his old companions flying overhead and an almost forgotten yearning awoke deep within him. The duck had all but squelched his instinct for freedom over the comfortable and easy winter. But now he yearned to join his comrades in the sky. He flapped his stretched wings as he strained toward the flock, but he had grown fat and indolent and unable to fly. The wild duck had become a tame duck.

The easy way through our problems, though appealing, may not be the best way. (Remember...the only place you will find success before work is in the dictionary!). It's always easier to borrow than to save; easier to jump in now than to do the hard work of planning; easier to postpone confronting a situation than to remedy it; easier to cut corners than to do it right; easier to remain the same than to make changes.

Freedom is the best motivation to keep you on fire. If you want to fly, you may have to pay a price. But freedom is worth it -- at any cost!

# Simba`s Lesson

Last night i watched Lion King (Disney movie) again. I think ive been watched it for couple times. But it still inspiring and motivating. So many lesson from this movie, but lets talk about the part which Simba feel guilty for his father (Musafa) death.

After the death of Musafa, Simba feeling down and upset. Beside that his uncle Scar make this poor young lion feel more guilty with all the judgement which put Simba as his own father killer. It made Simba runaway from his home to avoid the responsibility. As a young living creature, his uncle succesfuly injured Simba inner mental. This part is a great lesson for our life. . .

Many of us mentally injured like Simba. We make any fault, meant it or not it has happened but people who felt to be the victims of our fault cant accept it.They cant forgive it. And then we feel guilty, all burden pull us down, feel so sorry for what we`ve been done like Simba.

But look at Simba.. He forgive his past, He wake up and face the truth for his life destiny. And then he made it. He become the Lion King. This is a really inspiring and motivating part beside the other parts of the movie and the lovely soundtrack ( "Circle of Life" by Sir. Elton John ) made this movie more perfect.

I love this clip.. I love this song.. it remain me to someone.
See the young preety skating girl swinging with all feelings, and the lovely sound from Gloria Estefan singing the lyric that full of motivation. It makes my eyes, my ears and my heart.. feel so good.

# Geese Formation Meaning

Next fall when you see geese heading south for the winter... flying along in V formation...you might consider what science has discovered as to why they fly that way:

As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in V formation the whole flock adds at least 71% greater flying range, than if each bird flew on its own.

People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another...

When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone... and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front. If we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay in formation with those who are headed the same way we are.

When the head goose gets tired it rotates back in the wing and another goose flies point. It is sensible to take turns doing demanding jobs...with people or with geese flying south.

Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed. What do we say when we honk from behind?

Finally...and this is important...when a goose gets sick or is wounded by gunshots, and falls out of formation, two other geese fall out with that goose and follow it down to lend help and protection. They stay with the fallen goose until it is able to fly or until it dies, and only then do they launch out on their own, or with another formation to catch up with their group.

If we have the sense of a goose, we will stand by each other like that.

# The Power Of Positive Thinking

The famous author of The Power of Positive Thinking once told this story.

A man once telephoned Norman Vincent Peale . He was despondent and told the reverend that he had nothing left to live for. Peale invited the man over to his office. "Everything is gone, hopeless," the man told him. "I'm living in deepest darkness. In fact, I've lost heart for living altogether."

Norman Vincent Peale smiled sympathetically.

Here we are, most of people see and feel what the lost but not thanks for what they still got.. thats remind us to thanks for everythings belonged to us and still us now ...

# Everything happens for a reason

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there...to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson or help figure out who you are or who you want to become.You never know who these people may be but, when you lock eyes with them, you know that every moment they will affect your life in some profound way.

Sometimes things happen to you at the time that may seem horrible, painful and unfair but, upon reflection, you realize that without overcoming those obstacles you would have never realized your potential, strength, will power or heart.

Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good luck. Illness, Injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul.

Without these small tests, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere. Safe and comfortable but dull and utterly pointless. The people you meet affect your life. The successes and downfalls that you experience can create who you are, and the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones.

If someone hurts you, betrayed you or broke your heart, forgive them because they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart to. If someone loves you, love them back, unconditionally , not only because they love you, but because they are teaching you to love and open your heart and eyes to little things.

Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can, for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to people you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Let yourself fall in love, break free and set your sights high.

Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you.

# Life Throws A Brick At You

How many times did life throws a brick at you to get your attention. I guess that we are all too easily distracted. TV, commercials, radio and advertisement and toys – too much of these things have drowned out life’s voice.

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar . He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared, instead, a brick smashed into the Jaguar's side door. He slammed on the brakes and spun the Jaguar back to the spot from where the brick had been thrown.

He jumped out of the car, grabbed some kid and pushed him up against a parked car, shouting, "What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing?" Building up a head of steam, he went on. "That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?"

"Please, mister, please, I'm sorry. I didn't know what else to do!" pleaded the youngster. "I threw the brick because no one else would stop."

Tears were dripping down the boy's chin as he pointed around the parked car. "It's my brother," he said. "He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up." Sobbing, the boy asked the executive, "Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me."

Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He lifted the young man back into the wheelchair and took out his handkerchief and wiped the scrapes and cuts, checking to see that everything was going to be okay.

"Thank you, sir. And God bless you," the grateful child said to him. The man then watched the little boy push his brother to the sidewalk toward their home. It was a long walk back to his Jaguar... a long, slow walk. He never did repair the side door. He kept the dent to remind him not to go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention.

# Value

A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20 bill?"

Hands started going up.

He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the dollar bill up.

He then asked, "Who still wants it?"

Still the hands were up in the air.

"Well...," he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.

He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.

"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.

Moral:

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.

We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what other people see or thought bout you, no matter what has happened or what will happen. You have your own value. You will never lose it. You are special - Don't ever forget it!

# Learn From a Star

Before we talk about this guy, lets discuss films with title : Shanghai Noon , Around the World in 80 Days , Rush Hour 1 , 2 , 3 . Now all of you know who the guy i meant. He is Jacky Chan . All of us should agree that he is a most popular one of Asia movie star who also success in Hollywood. Before all of the achievement, he wasn't live an easy life.

Jackie Chan’s parents could not afford to feed him when he was a baby. They considered selling him for US$26 to the English obstetrician who delivered him. At the tender age of 7, Jackie was apprenticed at the infamous Academy of Chinese Opera. For more than 10 years from 5am to midnight, seven days a week, he endured a brutal program of music, dance and traditional martial arts training.

The training he received was particularly harsh and cruel. The students was beaten and starved for not performing up to par. Later he appeared in some early Hong Kong films as a stunt man and worked his way up to stunt coordinator, then to director.

When Bruce Lee died, Jackie, along with many others were picked to filled the vacuum. Jackie failed miserably.

“Very hard, very hard,” he said, “So instead of trying to be Bruce Lee, I decided to be myself.”

Jackie was born to be “Steve” who was later changed to Jack Chan. Later, Raymond Chow, a director changed it to “Jackie Chan”. His first big break came in 1978 with the movie “Snake In Eagle’s Shadow”.

Today, Jackie is indisputably Hong Kong’s biggest movie star and is currently making big in US too. Jackie’s fees are up to US$50 million a year!

# Before Too Late

I read this story, after that i keep silent for a while to think the truth of the story.
Sometimes we didnt realize what other people meant. And then we realized it when its too late.
Let me share this story for all of us...

Unconditional Love

A story is told about a soldier who was finally coming home after having fought in Vietnam. He called his parents from San Francisco.

"Mom and Dad, I'm coming home, but I've a favor to ask. I have a friend I'd like to bring home with me."

"Sure," they replied, "we'd love to meet him."

"There's something you should know the son continued, "he was hurt pretty badly in the fighting. He stepped on a land mind and lost an arm and a leg. He has nowhere else to go, and I want him to come live with us."

"I'm sorry to hear that, son. Maybe we can help him find somewhere to live."

"No, Mom and Dad, I want him to live with us."

"Son," said the father, "you don't know what you're asking. Someone with such a handicap would be a terrible burden on us. We have our own lives to live, and we can't let something like this interfere with our lives. I think you should just come home and forget about this guy. He'll find a way to live on his own."

At that point, the son hung up the phone. The parents heard nothing more from him. A few days later, however, they received a call from the San Francisco police. Their son had died after falling from a building, they were told. The police believed it was suicide. The grief-stricken parents flew to San Francisco and were taken to the city morgue to identify the body of their son. They recognized him, but to their horror they also discovered something they didn't know, their son had only one arm and one leg.

The parents in this story are like many of us. We find it easy to love those who are good-looking or fun to have around, but we don't like people who inconvenience us or make us feel uncomfortable. We would rather stay away from people who aren't as healthy, beautiful, or smart as we are. Thankfully, there's someone who won't treat us that way. Someone who loves us with an unconditional love that welcomes us into the forever family, regardless of how messed up we are.

Tonight, before you tuck yourself in for the night, say a little prayer that God will give you the strength you need to accept people as they are, and to help us all be more understanding of those who are different from us!!!

There's a miracle called Friendship That dwells in the heart You don't know how it happens Or when it gets started But you know the special lift It always brings And you realize that Friendship Is God's most precious gift!

Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed They lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they always want to open their hearts to us.

# How Big Is Your Heart?

Once an unhappy young man came to an old master and told he was very sad and asked for a solution.

The old Master instructed the unhappy young man to put a handful of salt in a glass of water and then to drink it.

“How does it taste?”... the Master asked. “Awful,” spat the apprentice.

The Master chuckled and then asked the young man to take another handful of salt and put it in the lake.

The two walked in silence to the nearby lake and when the apprentice swirled his handful of salt into the lake, the old man said, “Now drink from the lake.”

As the water dripped down the young man’s chin, the Master asked, “How does ittaste?”

“Good!” remarked the apprentice. “Do you taste the salt?” asked the Master. “No,” said the young man.

The Master sat beside this troubled young man, took his hands, and said, “The pain of life is pure salt; no more, no less. The amount of pain in life remains the same, exactly the same. But the amount we taste the ‘pain’ depends on the container we put it into.

So when you are in pain, the only thing you can do is to enlarge your sense of things …..

Stop being a glass. Become a lake!”
